The Merakey Mental Health Walk-In Clinic is Philadelphia’s first and only behavioral health urgent care for adults (18+) needing same-day mental health care that is not an emergency.

The Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) offers support to adults who have both a serious mental illness and a developmental disability. Mobile Competency Restoration Team (MCRT)
Merakey’s Mobile Competency Restoration Team (MCRT) is a psychoeducational program that works with individuals who are considered Incompetent to Stand Trial. MCRT uses a variety of assessments and learning tools to develop plans that address and restore competency deficiencies, such as understanding court proceedings, behavior expectations, and communicating with attorneys. MCRT is an outpatient service available in the following Pennsylvania counties: Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Crawford, Washington, Westmoreland, Armstrong, and Indiana.
Enhanced Care Management in California
Enhanced Care Management (ECM), established by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in California, is a community-based program that provides a whole-person approach to care that addresses the clinical and non-clinical needs of individuals enrolled in a Medi-Cal managed care. Individuals enrolled in ECM receive outreach and engagement, a comprehensive assessment and care management plan, enhanced care coordination, health promotion, comprehensive transitional care, individual and family supports, and coordination of and referral to community and social support services.
