Tricia Fawver (Trish) is currently the Vice President of Financial Operations for Merakey She is responsible for developing, analyzing and providing financial support for a $600 million-dollar annual budget. She is an enthusiastic leader in all aspects of financial stewardship, budgeting, operational accounting, forecasting and business analytics. In Trish’s twenty-three years with Merakey she has participated and provided support for software implementation, mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, strategic planning, restructuring and financial turnaround.

Trish formerly served three years as Senior Corporate Director of Finance responsible for managing three regional finance teams located across the company. During this time, she proactively streamlined processes between the regional offices improving overall efficiency and establishing consistent best practices. She seeks to foster growth and act as a mentor in order to build a strong financial team bridging the gap between finance and operations.

Trish holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Albright College of Reading Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
