Jennifer Kane is Merakey’s Corporate Vice President of Quality and Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, she provides oversight and support to the organization in the areas of Quality, Compliance, Privacy, Incident Management and Safety. She started her Merakey career as a Program Director and has filled various operational and administrative roles over the last 20+ years.
Jenn fosters a culture of teamwork and collaboration in managing risk and optimizing organizational systems to solve enterprise problems. Her leadership has been instrumental in implementing the innovative Quality and Compliance Organization, evolving Merakey’s Compliance Program into a multi-faceted resource department in support to operations. Jenn is committed to driving high value care, improved outcomes, and outstanding consumer experiences while expanding Merakey’s data analytics capabilities to demonstrate the effectiveness of exceptional services.
