Since 1996, Beth has held several roles during her tenure and is currently the Vice President, IDD Organizational Development. Beth leads operations of IDD services in California, quality initiative activities and special projects throughout the division with a focus on program development and expansion. She is responsible for the oversight of operational start up and participates directly in the financial analytic activities to assure viability and sustainability. Prior roles have included direct program operations and management of professional and para-professional staff.
Beth holds a graduate degree in Administration and an undergraduate degree in Education. Her experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse disorders and medical complications. She has worked with multiple states in the downsizing of state centers and has developed programs to safely support challenging populations in community settings.
