Congratulations to Executive Director Mike Dahlhauser and the Assertive Community Treatment Team in Louisiana for earning a three-year accreditation from CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
This achievement shows the team’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of lives of individuals served throughout Louisiana. Per CARF surveyors, “services, staff members, and documentation clearly indicate an established pattern of conformance to standards.” In addition, the survey report that CARF shared identifies NO recommendations. This accomplishment is achieved on only 3 percent of CARF surveys.
CARF is an independent, nonprofit organization focused on advancing the quality of services for providers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
ACT provides a full range of services to individuals who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, with the goal to give consumers the opportunity to be successful and contributing members of their communities.
Merakey’s ACT programs in Louisiana are CARF accredited through May 31, 2024.
