HealthShare Exchange (HSX) recently announced its 2021 HSX Champions, and some of our very own Merakey leaders were among those chosen. This annual award recognizes individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond to promote HSX within their own organizations, as well as extend the value and capabilities of HSX to other organizations.
Congratulations to the 2021 honorees: Brandon Fisher, Jen Marinzoli and Tom Morgan! Merakey was the first outpatient behavioral health organization to share data with HSX as part of Pennsylvania’s Health Information Organization (HIO) Onboarding Grant. Brandon, Jen, and Tom worked diligently to implement electronic consent and to share Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) notifications and Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs). Well done, team!
