The students and staff of Merakey Autism Center in Carlisle hosted a Thanksgiving Luncheon on November 21. The students and staff planned, shopped, prepared, and served a traditional Thanksgiving meal to 70 students, staff, and guests. Guests at the luncheon included parents, grandparents, friends, and other loved ones, all of whom were thrilled to be invited. The students and staff also decorated the cafeteria using many fall and Thanksgiving themed decorations to create a very inviting dining room! It was a wonderful event enjoyed by the students and attendees alike.
