Congratulations to Barb Medved who will be retiring from full time work at the end of this week. Many of you interact with Barb regularly in her current capacity of HR Systems Analyst, but she has worn many hats in her 24 years here!
She started as the Receptionist at the Corporate office and was the first contact many of us had at Merakey when she moved to the role of HR Generalist for Corporate Staff. She has been HRIS Supervisor, responsible for the team who entered all HR data prior to the implementation of ADP, and has been responsible for maintaining information in ADP since the transition.
We will miss her unrivaled knowledge of NHS/Merakey history, her friendly and wise guidance in both professional and personal matters and last but surely not least, her egg casserole at our HR gatherings! We would like to sincerely thank her for her many years of service to Merakey and wish her the happiest of retirements!
