Patricia Hillman Miller Campus kicked off the holidays with their Annual Light Up Night. It was a dazzling, delightful event!
Mark, Shawn, Bobbie Lee, Kathy, and staff from Merakey AVS’s Pittsburgh Campus had a ball at the Carnegie Museum’s Holiday Party. The festive event was filled with holiday music and performances, a visit from Santa, and a delicious lunch.
Individuals and staff from Merakey AVS’s Philadelphia Campus took a trip to the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, where they enjoyed the tranquil and stunning atmosphere. They took in the amazing views from the top of the mountains and even spotted a few bears! They also visited the Poconos Raceway, took a train ride, and enjoyed the amenities of the beautiful mountain house. The group threw a pajama party one night with movies, games, and onesie pajamas. Thank you to everyone who helped to make this trip possible!
Merakey AVS individuals Kevin, Genny, and House Manager Susan White recently had a fantastic trip to Niagara Falls. They went hiking, visited various scenic spots at the Falls, enjoyed dinner out, and even visited the casino. They had a great trip!
‘Tis the Season! Thank you to the 5th grade students at Archangel Gabriel Catholic School in Robinson Township, PA! The students sent loads of holiday cards, helping staff spread holiday cheer to all Merakey AVS homes and campuses in Western PA. Happy Holidays!
