Merakey AVS’ 31st Annual Golf Open was held on September 19 at Chartiers Country Club in Pittsburgh, PA. Thank you to co-chairs Rick Mongiovi from Mongiovi and Son Plumbing, Excavating & Fire Protection, and Dan Taylor from Dan Taylor Interiors, Inc. for helping to make the day a success! The morning storms couldn’t keep the golfers away from a great day of golf and honoring this year’s AVS CHAMPions – the Merakey AVS Medical Team. Happy 76th Birthday to Patty from Merakey AVS’ Seemore Home!
Merakey individuals Jennifer, Jessica, and Merakey QIDP Amber Wilson recently visited Niagara Falls, NY. They stayed within walking distance of the Falls and enjoyed a ton of activities - from swimming to sightseeing to shopping. They took a bus tour that explored the city’s historical sites, stopped at the Maid of the Mist, and went through the Cave of Winds where they walked right next to the Falls! They also visited the Aquarium, saw fireworks over the Falls, and ate a delicious meal at Hard Rock Café. Jessica even went on a helicopter tour and snapped some awesome pictures of the Falls for us all to enjoy!
The ladies from 840 Middletown Road celebrated the arrival of autumn by visiting a pumpkin patch! The group had a great time picking pumpkins for themselves at Stauffer Farms in Lancaster, PA.
