The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix (PVGP) celebrated its 40th annual event which concluded on Race Weekend (July 23-24) at Pittsburgh’s Schenley Park.
Thank you to the many Merakey staff members, families and friends who volunteered at several of the events leading up to and including race weekend. Volunteers helped in the following areas: merchandise and recruitment booths, admission donations, shuttle stations, lunch distribution and so much more. They helped to make the event such a success and the team couldn’t have done it without them!
Thousands came out for the 10-days of PVGP events around Western PA, including the Kick-Off Rallye, car cruises and shows, Black Tie and Tailpipes Gala, Tune-Up at SouthSide Works, Passport to Elegance party and more. A highlight this year was the Race Weekend parade where several Merakey AVS ambassadors rode through the racecourse in sports cars.
Merakey AVS is proud and grateful of the continuous support from the PVGP since its founding in 1983. Visit pvgp.org for more information.
