Merakey’s Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) Services are dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality mental health and substance use treatment in community settings. By integrating evidence-based practices and personalized care, we empower adults to lead fulfilling, independent lives.

OUR PRIORITIES ARE TO BUILD WHOLE-PERSON SYSTEMS-OF-CARE THAT FOCUS ON THE PERSON, NOT THE DIAGNOSIS.

How do we do this?

  • Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers (CCBHC) as hubs of service delivery
  • Integration of physical healthcare for whole-person care
  • Unified care delivery in a fractured system
  • Addressing social determinants of health (SDOH):
    - housing
    - nutrition
    - transportation
    - employment
