Richard P. Yanoski Jr. has been a professional in various service industries for over 30 years. His broad-based experience, extensive management and business analytics background is the framework for his current position as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Merakey USA. Throughout his distinguished tenure with the organization, Mr. Yanoski has held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Business Operations, Executive Director of NHS (former name of Merakey) Capital Region, and most recently, Corporate Vice President of Strategic Business Development.
In his current role, Mr. Yanoski Rich leads Merakey's strategic growth initiatives across the country. He oversees the development and execution of business growth strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, organic program expansion, and the advancement of innovative service models that support individuals, families, and communities. Rich's leadership has been instrumental in expanding access to a variety of services across a broad spectrum of care, including education and human services, mental health, developmental disabilities, drug and alcohol, children and youth, Veterans, vocational, primary health, and other services. Mr. Yanoski also oversees the strategic growth and development of Voithos Management Services and its offering of services.
Mr. Yanoski previously spent nine years at Aerotek, the world’s 4th largest global staffing firm. During his time at Aerotek and its family of companies, Mr. Yanoski performed multiple roles, including Director of Credit Services, Regional Controller, and Director or Financial Operations. In these roles, Mr. Yanoski supported an international sales team in industries such as engineering, technology, and aviation in areas such as market analysis, liability analysis, contract negotiation, and pricing model development. Mr. Yanoski also spent time working with Aerotek’s mergers and acquisitions department, specifically in regard to implementation and integration of acquired companies relative to organizational structure and culture.
Richard P. Yanoski Jr. is a graduate of King’s College (PA) with a Degree in Economics with a concentration in Statistical Analysis. Mr. Yanoski also holds a master’s degree in leadership and organizational development with a concentration in Ethics from Duquesne University.
