Staff members from the Case Management and Peer Support programs at Merakey Delaware County recently held their quarterly team builder meeting. The theme for this activity was “What’s Your Vision for 2023?” Staff created vision boards to help them visualize what they want to accomplish for the year. Staff also had an opportunity to present their vision boards to their peers and share some of their goals. The group decided to hang the boards on the wall in their office so they could have a daily reminder of all they are striving to do this year. At the end of the year, they’ll take the vision boards down to see how many goals were achieved! What’s your vision for 2023?
