Merakey's Substance Use Disorder Case Management team partnered with South Allegheny MS/HS on May 24 to host a Community Connections event. This was a resource event that lined 37 different providers around the Gladiators Stadium. The providers covered areas including mental health, substance use, employment and training, self-care, and Narcan distribution. The day included the student group, Eradicate Hate, working the concession stand as a fundraiser, and Second 2 None Production provided music for the event. What a great way to connect the community to so many providers at one time!
