The Merakey San Diego Team participated in the “Best Buddies Walk” on Saturday, May 13. Recruiter May Yip-Cobbs helmed the Merakey tent and table while Program Support Regional Director AnnMarie Stanton fielded community questions about Merakey. Coltrane support staff Linda Deling, Don Altadonna, Chenille Farve, and Kevin Cristales Roca completed the walk with Manny and Marcus, two individuals we serve. It was a wonderful day in the sun and the DJ even gave Merakey a “shout-out” for being energetic and active provider participants. This interdepartmental collaboration even hosted an impromptu dance party with the new friends they made. Thank you to everyone who participated in this inspirational and fun community event.
