Just in time for back-to-school, Merakey and the Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting and open house on August 11 for Merakey’s new school in Ellsworth, Pennsylvania. Members from the community met with staff, toured the school, and learned about the services that will be provided this fall. The family-friendly event also had balloon animals, face painting, giveaways, Kona Ice, and more.
Merakey Autism and Education Centers partner with families, school districts, and community organizations to provide a safe and fun learning environment. We help students gain the skills they need to be successful in their home school district, on the job, and at home.
