On Tuesday, August 15, Merakey held an in-person hiring event in Philadelphia at the Germantown Recovery Center and in Delaware County at the Outpatient site in Sharon Hill. In addition, two virtual hiring events were held for available positions in Montgomery County and Northampton/Lehigh Counties. More than 240 interviews were conducted in-person and virtually, with nearly 30 applicants given a pending offer that same day. That number is expected to grow as additional applicants who attended Tuesday’s event are interviewed throughout the week. Special thank you to the Adult Behavioral Health Operations Team in Philadelphia and Delaware County and members of the Recruiting Team who worked together to plan for and execute a very successful hiring event.
