AVS Night at the Pirates Game
Merakey AVS Night at the Pirates Game was a great success!
It was a fantastic night of baseball as Merakey AVS employees and friends gathered at the Iron City Skull Bar in PNC Park to watch the Pittsburgh Pirates take on the Miami Marlins. Guests enjoyed a classic ballpark buffet and spent the evening mingling with friends while taking in the excitement of the game.

Frick Park Sensory Area
Windy Ghoul home at Merakey AVS visited the Frick Park Sensory Area with Lucas, Bill, Anthony, and Jason. They had a great time exploring the various sensory items and enjoyed observing the surrounding wildlife.
Asé Celebrates Juneteenth
Members of the Asé (A- Shay) Employee Resource Group met at Bookers Restaurant in Philadelphia for a business meeting and Juneteenth celebration. The first to arrive received t-shirts designed and donated by Merakey Gateway Ink, courtesy of Tara Quinn and Christopher Rambo. The shirts commemorating Juneteenth were made by employees who are neurodiverse. The Asé attendees represent all areas of Merakey Enterprise including IDD, IT, HR, ABH, and Staff Development. Happy Juneteenth!
Bonnie M's 80th Birthday
On June 13, the Slippery Rock Program Center celebrated Bonnie’s 80th birthday with an ‘80s themed dance party. The birthday girl had a fabulous time dancing to some great hits from the ‘80s. Everyone wore their favorite ‘80s-style outfit and strutted their stuff on the dance floor. Bonnie was so excited to share her special day with everyone. It was a great day filled with happiness and laughter.
Fishing Trip
Individuals from the Slippery Rock Program Center attended the annual charter boat fishing trip in Erie, PA with At the Lake Ministries. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and the water had plenty of fish. Everyone had a great time.

Miss Toni from the Penn Hills Day Program celebrated her 66th birthday at Day Program with her friends and staff.
