Dawn from the Poplar house in Hershey and staff member Cheyenne enjoyed seeing the butterflies and flowers up close and personal while visiting the Butterfly Atrium at Hershey Gardens.
Petland Visit
Liz, Janna, and Tess made some adorable new furry friends during their visit to Petland at Robinson Mall.
Clearview Phipps and Keystone Safari
The ladies from Clearview have been out and about discovering some of Western Pennsylvania’s favorite attractions. Their adventures recently took them to Keystone Safari and the beautiful Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
3 Rivers Arts Festival
Cheyan, Liz, Wendy, and DSP Deina Riley enjoyed a fun day at the Three Rivers Arts Festival in Downtown Pittsburgh. They spent time shopping, exploring incredible artwork, and taking in the sounds of local musicians while experiencing one of the city's favorite annual events.
Presque Isle State Park
Arlene, Heather, Colleen, and Pam from Coleman enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at Presque Isle State Park in Erie. They spent time soaking in the scenic views of Lake Erie and enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
Washington Wild Things Game
The Windy Ghoul crew spent an evening at the ballpark cheering on the Washington Wild things. They enjoyed ice cream and baseball under the lights. A great time was had by all!
Wellness Wednesday Flowers
Individuals at Merakey Chambers planted flowers during a “Wellness Wednesday” in March. Staff member Christine Turner has done a wonderful job helping to keep them growing, and the flowers have some beautiful blooms. This is proof that the power to provide opportunities for growth creates new life.
Carnegie Museum
The ladies of the Oregon Road home near Slippery Rock are continuing to enjoy their summer expeditions. Recently, Freddie, Susie, and Megan went to the Carnegie Museum of Natural History to see the different displays and learn some fascinating things. They enjoyed looking around and taking their time in the museum. Afterwards, they enjoyed lunch out.
