Decorating for Fall

Autumn Recharge Philly
The Autumn Recharge Philly Edition wellness event on October 8 was a tremendous success, bringing together staff, residents, families, and community partners for a day focused on renewal, connection, and well-being. Attendees enjoyed engaging activities such as a sensory tent, yoga, sound baths, line dancing, exercise sessions, and art therapy, while also accessing valuable health resources including influenza vaccinations, behavioral health information, wellness screenings, and vital sign checks. Healthy lunches, nutritious snacks, hydration stations, and yogurt parfait bars kept everyone energized throughout the day. True to its theme of “Mind. Body. Community.”, the event created meaningful opportunities for participants to recharge, learn, and prioritize their overall wellness.
Feeding Farm Animals
Carol from Schuylkill Mountain Center enjoyed participating in animal-feeding activities at a local farm. She fed the horses, chickens, cows, and sheep, and also donated blankets for the cats on the farm.
