Kaylah, a case manager from the foster care program in York, PA recently celebrated her birthday. During a visit with one of the foster families she supports, they surprised her with an ice cream cake with her name on it! Kaylah was deeply touched by this thoughtful gesture and expressed her thanks. The family shared their gratitude for the exceptional support Kaylah provides, noting that she consistently goes above and beyond her role and has truly become “one of the family.”
