This fall, students from Merakey Education Center in State College, PA enjoyed the football season by participating in tailgating games with the residents of Wynwood House - Personal Care Home. During their trips to Wynwood, students played lawn games, such as Ladder Ball and Cornhole. If students didn’t want to play lawn games, they played Uno or bingo, colored pictures, or worked on a puzzle. Students enjoyed the time away from school, while also practicing important social skills by engaging and taking turns to play with the residents of Wynwood.
