Last week, leadership from Human Resources, Recruiting, and Operations visited Merakey’s IDD programs in Northern and Southern California. While there to offer support, they met new staff members and toured Merakey sites.
The Northern IDD Services Team were joined by Elise Tretola, Sr. Vice President of IDD; Beth Caraccio, Vice President of Organizational Development; Chante Smith-Roberson, Sr. Executive Director of People Operations; and Leigh Anne Lonergan, Sr. Executive Director of Talent Acquisition.
The Southern IDD Services Team were joined by Elise Tretola, Sr. Vice President of IDD; Beth Caraccio, Vice President of Organizational Development; Leah Pason, Chief People Officer; and Paul Dixon, Executive Director of IDD Services Philadelphia.
