WE'RE HIRING!

Meet Cole, an eager young man who joined the Woodland Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team two years ago, and who worked hard to prepare for the next chapter in his life. Cole resided in a Long Term Structure Residential program while planning to transition back to the community. As Cole progressed in his treatment, he learned to use appropriate coping skills to address the trauma he experienced in his life. He now knows to engage with his supports and to be open to recommendations on how to better manage his behaviors. Cole is again living in the community after years of hardship. He is excited to obtain employment and to build positive relationships with others. He enjoys writing music and has used it as an outlet for his addressing his past trauma. Cole recently acknowledged his mother, “Dear mom, we’ve been through a lot together. I forgive you. but I will never forget the struggle, the struggle is real. I can’t reflect on the past, I’ve got to live for the future.”

Congratulations to Cole and all his hard work and achievements! Cole is DDTT STRONG!
