In an exciting series of engagements this past fall, the Children and Family Services (CFS) team showcased their expertise and thought leadership at two major industry conferences. In November, Senior Vice President Rebecca Richwine, alongside three other influential business leaders, took center stage at the Behavioral Health Tech Conference in Arizona. They participated in a dynamic panel discussion focused on driving innovation in the IDD, Autism, and ADHD space. Their insights explored the evolving landscape and how technology can support improved care and outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Then, in December, the CFS team traveled to Clearwater, Florida, for the National Association for Children's Behavioral Health Emerging Best Practice Conference.

There, colleagues Athena Mandros, Business Development Liaison, and Michelle Haley, Executive Director of Child Welfare Services, joined Rebecca for a compelling panel presentation on the success of Merakey's implementation of Prevention Services. This session highlighted how innovative strategies in prevention are making a tangible difference in behavioral health. The panel was skillfully moderated by Senior Executive Director of Operations – Community Services Heather Magaro, ensuring an engaging and informative discussion. These opportunities reflect the CFS team's commitment to leading impactful conversations and advancing best practices in behavioral health. They look forward to continuing these vital dialogues in the new year!
