The Blended Case Management team from Lewistown/Juniata River Center, PA started a food pantry at their office to assist nearly 150 individuals in the case management program who will be impacted by the discontinuation of SNAP benefits effective November 1. The team is working with several local providers and businesses to ensure that the individuals in the program do not go hungry during the upcoming holiday season.
