Miracle League Baseball continues to be a HIT! Individuals from AVS’ Pittsburgh Campus, Evergreen, Snyder 1, Nolte and Great Oaks played the folks from Hookstown, Coleman, and Patricia Hillman Campus. Then the Saturday team which included players from Malcolm, Wildwood, and Oakhaven homes had a blast running the bases and hearing their names announced. Thank you to the players, staff, and volunteers for making it another exciting game for all!
The ladies from Coleman home loved having a day of culture in Pittsburgh. They were able to visit two special places: the Carnegie Science Center and the Andy Warhol Museum. The group had a great time learning new things and seeing the sights.
The ladies from Galey home enjoyed a sunny afternoon at Beaver Park after stopping for ice cream. It’s always nice when this group gets to spend time together outdoors!
