Health care professionals, family members, and individuals will receive a comprehensive overview of the whole-person care model and how it can be applied to people with a dual diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness. Attendees will learn how providers, such as Merakey are implementing the whole-person care model throughout its services.
NOTE:
- Merakey has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7387. Merakey is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
- Merakey is approved as an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider with the BACB (Provider number: OP-22-0521). 1 Supervision CEU will be awarded to eligible attendees in this session.
- A CEU certificate from NASW-PA is also available at an additional cost of $15 for members of NASW and $25 for non-members. The evaluation request for CEUs will be given at time of training via online link.
