3rd Annual DDTT/ITS Directors Retreat

The 3rd Annual DDTT/ITS (Dual Diagnosis and Treatment Team/Intensive Transition Services) Directors Retreat was held last week in Latrobe, PA. Program Directors and members of Executive Leadership heard presentations on Prehospital Care at Mutual Aid Emergency Management Services, presented by Nikki Rossetti and Jonathan Jobe. CPL Allen from the Pennsylvania State Police provided information on the State Police Crisis Intervention Team, their training, and points of collaboration between law enforcement and DDTT/ITS staff when responding to a crisis. The DDTT/ITS Clinical Team provided in-depth break out sessions on the new Crisis Safety Plan in Avatar. Sam Skeba from the Learning and Development Facilitation team provided a training on Merakey Strategic Plan and Core Competencies and how to apply them to their daily activities. Program Directors also got a first look at what's to come in DDTT/ITS and Employee Recognition initiatives.
