Thank You, from NHS Louisiana!
The Great Flood of 2016 resulted in devastation and heartache throughout Louisiana. An estimated 60,646 homes were damaged and 30,000 people were rescued. Seventeen NHS employees were affected, many losing everything.
Following the aftermath of the flood, NHS showed great concern and support for our clients, employees, and communities. Our NHS families in Louisiana are thankful for everything that was done to help during this difficult time, and they are proud to be part of the NHS team. Staff express their appreciation for all the support received:
“Please accept my sincere gratitude for your help during my crisis. It truly showed me how much you cared. I am forever thankful!”

We are truly appreciative of the donated time and money to transition us from being hopeless to hopeful due to the unexpected flood.
