Internship Opportunities

About the Merakey Internship Program

Merakey is offering several paid and unpaid internship opportunities, and full class credit can be provided in coordination with faculty. The internship program at Merakey provides an opportunity to gain valuable learning and working experience at a leading non-profit organization. Through a combination of learning experiences, cross-department work projects, and collaborations, interns will become integral members of our teams. Our goal is to make every intern who works with us feel included, valuable, and productive.

The internship opportunities are open to current undergraduate or graduate students or recent graduates of a college program. The intern is expected to demonstrate a keen interest in human services and non-profits, as well as interest in a field of study related to the position.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic administrative programs (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
