A Trunk or Treat was held at Merakey AVS Zapp and Kennedy Centers in Pittsburgh on October 27. Nine trunks were decorated by staff from the Programming, Psychology, Medical, Social Services and Staff Development Departments. Participants followed a staggered schedule, allowing 35 Allegheny and Beaver County homes, with more than 125 individuals, to attend. Costumes were plentiful and the trunks featured a variety of Halloween themes. DJ Joe played music and streamed the event on Zoom so all could enjoy the in-person and virtual event.
