Just because Merakey Woodhaven in Philadelphia has been following the “stay-at-home” pandemic precautions, doesn’t mean that the residents and staff aren’t having fun on campus! Individuals are engaged in all sorts of "alternative treatment" activities throughout each day. Awesome activities range from walks around campus in small groups, spending cooler mornings and evenings “chilling” on the patios, learning to use masks in anticipation of community trips, using Zoom, What's App, and FaceTime to communicate with family and friends, creating lots of arts and crafts, participating in Black Lives Matter awareness activities, and having fun during the ever popular party nights. Games, ice cream, water ice, and a pinch of joie de vivre is provided by our very own Recreational Specialist, Stuart Blasband. Pictured is Ramblewood's Bingo Night. The expressions and smiles of the "Ramble- Ladies" say it all; everyone was a winner!
